Its a viburnum. Not sure exactly which one. Its beautiful!!!!!

I go with Pippa - I think it's a white lacecap hydrangea maybe.
Have you taken a photo to the nursery?

Yes - it's definately a Viburnum.
I've planted several of these over the years. They are wonderful to have in your yard. They feed and shelter Song Birds. The birds love the late summer/early fall berries and the leaves turn pretty shades of red in autumn.
My only caution on planting too close to your home's foundation is that they can grow up to 8 ft with an equal spread.

I don't know the name of it Sharon but always admire it when I drive down Markworth to go into town. The growing ground on Markworth (i believe it is Van Wingerden's brother) has it growing as part of his landscaping. I bet if you bring in a branch to the one near your office they will identify it for you.
