A Great Day

Today is my special birthday, I turned 3 years cancer free today.  I'm going to stop counting after 5, I guess it's just the mindset that I have with the numbers.

To make my day even better, I got an email from Carolyn Forster  She's the quilter who wrote the book, Utility Stitches.

I'm waiting for the mailman to bring my copy that I ordered last week. Anyways, I digress to my purchase instead of talking about my win!

30's reproduction, pre cut Apple Core blocks.  Yes, PRE CUT.  My day can't get any better than this!

Hope you have a great day,
Sharon

You just keep on counting those years cancer free. Hip, hip hooray!

The apple core blocks look like they are all 30's style prints. A good win for sure. What is your favorite style of quilt? Reproduction quilts?
