Quick Curve Crazy

Have you tried this ruler yet?  Do you have any of Jenny Pedigo's patterns?  Have you seen her quilting and design ideas? Wow, she did a workshop here and then was the guest speaker at our guild meeting on Tuesday evening.  Talk about eye candy to the power of 10.

My photos aren't the greatest, but she is so sharing on her blog, lots of close ups of the quilting and she has been offering free patterns that go with her Quick Curve ruler.

So far I have this much done on Metro Rings.  CW repro's with Moda Pie Crust as the background and cheddar and red as my solids.  This will be my beach quilt!
There were so many great color combinations at the workshop, for me, that's the best part of taking a class.

So fun to see how others use fabric to make the same blocks.

The black background makes this pop.  MF will be using cheddar and red as her solid triangles.  We tested it out before she left my place on Tuesday evening.
Jenny and her sister Helen come up with all these amazing creations using this Quick Curve ruler.  I'm skeptical of any "new" ruler, but this one has me sold on it.  There are many patterns available now, a book is being released this spring with 8 new patterns and a BOM is coming out this spring as well.  It doesn't get much better than this!

I do follow Jenny's blog and she has some very clever designs with her ruler--this being one of my favorites. She does beautiful quilting, too. How fun for you to have a class from her. I love your fabric choices.

Ooooo, what a fun looking class! I may have sold me on this ruler, especially if there is a book come out.

I love Jenny's blog and her gorgeous patterns! So happy you shared this post with us!
I was fortunate to see her quilts displayed as a trunk show here in VA recently - her machine quilting skills are amazing! Her quilts are too!
Metro Rings is on my short list of new quilts to make.
Really fun to see everyone's fabric variations for this quilt.

We've been talking about this Metro wedding ring version at the shop where I work. It is intriguing! The bottom one on black looks like the rings are two different sizes. Is that one of the options or a different twist on the pattern? All the different versions are beautiful!

Yes, I love Jenny. I discovered her a couple years ago. I've made several of her quilts. Her ruler and patterns are fantastic. So simple to do curved piecing! And what a longarmer! She's unbeatable.
