Slippery Slope

I went on eBay the other day. It's all Jan's fault. Did you see this post at Be*mused? Only go there if you have self control like me  others.
I hit the slippery slope of ebay for quilts.
I've never been there before and trust me, that's a good thing!
It took a while to get out of it, but I've managed to detox.
I'm now a member of eBay Anonymous.

Look at this cute print!!

I need to take them all off the background, poly cotton isn't going to cut it.
I got out with only two purchases, whew!

Oh yes, I frequently visit eBay and have a difficult time restraining myself. Love your picks!

Thanks for reminding me about that addiction I thought I had finally shaken!! : )
Good call on removing the plates--they needed to part ways with those backgrounds. Glad they got into the hands of someone who could help them!
I completely understand your purchases. These are the very kinds of things that drew me in.

It is addictive =
but you found great things - love the wedding ring!

Well your two purchases look well worth the trouble!

I did see that post and spent quite a while quilt gazing. Luckily no damage. But you did well. Some great stuff.

Two purchases is not that bad. They are both cute! I am not enabling you. I have been there myself. :)

You crack me up! I've been resisting the lure of Ebay. Once in a while I go visit, just to look at pix of quilts. I've never bought anything - yet. ;)

You got some great goodies there. Yeah, the poly-cotton should be banished! I'm glad someone that loves quilts has saved them.
