On a Journey

It's a road trip weekend. My sister and I are heading over the mountains into Eastern Washington.  We've got tickets to see Journey, Pat Benatar and Loverboy at the Gorge Amphitheater.  A 100% non quilty weekend.  The weather is supposed to be hot and sunny, a high of 90 and a low of 64.  That sounds like heaven, it was in the 50's this morning when I went to work.

I'll leave you with a photo of my current obsession.  I'm still working on finishing up the cross hatching in one direction, I'm almost ready to pack it away for a few months, get back to some applique and focus on finishing my Beyond the Cherry Tree.

Enjoy your weekend, quilty or not!

I love the drive along the Gorge. Didn't know there was an amphitheater in the area. What a venue! Enjoy!!
