Instructor Fees
- Lecture/trunk show $400. (60-75 minutes of quilts, Q and A)
- Full day workshop (6 hours) $600.
- Cost of travel/meals/hotels listed below
Accommodations
Please check the cost of airfare to your location. It can be cost prohibitive to fly to some places. To estimate the airfare costs, please look up the rate from Bellingham, WA, Vancouver, BC or Abbotsford, BC- I will drive to locations within a 300 mile range from Blaine, WA
- Travel includes airfare, mileage to/from specific airport, baggage fees, shipping quilts.
- Mileage is charged out at IRS rate from my home in Blaine, WA 98230
- Meals are charged at the IRS per diem rate per day (including travel days).
- Hotel room is required the night before a workshop and the last day of teaching. I am open to staying with guild members, but no smoking or pets please
- Host may choose to arrange and pay for hotel room.
Contract
- Bookings that require an overnight stay must include a workshop.
- Confirmed specific dates and fees for the event, including travel.
- Travel fees (airfare, hotel, etc.) are non-refundable due to cancellation of event by the host.
- Balance of fees are due the day of the event. An invoice will be emailed to you in advance.
